This is another short 'n sweet ('n spicy!) recipe, inspired in this case by this lovely original recipe. My recipe is an adaptation of the original to my family's preferences and tastes, and is gorgeous as is on toast or some rice. Play with it as you like though and find what fits your tastes best!
Sweet 'n Spicy Tuna Salad
Ingredients
120g / 4.25oz of canned tuna in water (drained)
3 tablespoons of sriracha mayo
1 green onion stalk (chopped)
1 teaspoon of furikake
1 teaspoon of kecap manis
1 teaspoon of roasted sesame oil
Garlic powder (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Directions
1) Mix everything together, add salt (I don't, but to each their own!), and serve as is or on toast, rice, rice cakes, baguette, et cetera, and enjoy!
