Pan-Fried Tilapia with Smoked Paprika

What follows is a light adaptation of this recipe, mostly tweaks to amounts and types of seasonings. The results are delicious, and the prep time is minimal. Enjoy!


Pan-Fried Tilapia with Smoked Paprika

(2 servings)


Ingredients

2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons of smoked paprika

2 teaspoons of dried parsley

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 teaspoon of vegetable bouillon powder

Black pepper (to taste)

Salt (to taste)

4 tablespoons of butter

2 large tilapia fillets


Directions

1) Mix the seasonings thoroughly, then spread the mix on a plate large enough for the tilapia fillets.

2) Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pan.

3) Dredge the tilapia fillets in the seasoning mixture and pan-fry on one side for 5 minutes before flipping the fillets and pan-frying for another 4 or 5 minutes until done.

4) Serve as is or with your favorite accompaniments, and enjoy!
