Sausage Breakfast Casserole

As you will see when you scroll down, I woke up this morning and chose cardiac issues! Needless to say, this is a delicious casserole as a result. I used Elise Bauer's lovely recipe as a base, but made a few changes to make this work better with my family's tastes. Change what you like if you give this a try, I certainly did!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole

I was catching up on the videos of one of my favorite YouTubers, Beryl Shereshewsky, and she reminded me in one of her recent videos about the existence of one of those classic staples of the church potluck, the broccoli chicken casserole! The video as a whole really took me back to that world of very classically American potluck cookery, and left me with a craving for some broccoli chicken casserole in particular! (Also, I had some broccoli and chicken that I needed to use up...)

Broccoli Potato Soup

I'm always a fan of broccoli cheddar soup, but I wanted something a little less heavy the other day and this turned out gorgeously! The recipe is largely lifted from Vegangela, but I made slight modifications to better fit my tastes. I hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Broccoli Cheddar Soup

A slight twist on an oldie but a goodie. My recipe's below. It serves two comfortably, so if you're cooking for more than that I would double or triple the recipe. Enjoy!
